The C rime V ictims' A ssistance N etwork (CVAN) was founded in 1982 to advocate for the rights of victims of crime and promote victim services in Oregon .
CVAN is comprised of service providers and allied professionals from around the state.
CVAN is an incorporated non-profit entity governed by a Board of Directors that is elected by the paid membership and meets quarterly.
